Measurement Training Manager

This is a role for a Measurement Training Manager, located in Houma, LA. The Measurement Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive training programs related to oil & gas measurement. The Manager will assess training needs, create instructional materials, and conduct both classroom and onsite field training. Additionally, they will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjust content as needed, and ensure alignment with company standards and regulations.

• Experience in both oil & gas measurement. Familiar with Shell Proficiency Demonstration.
• Strong understanding of measurement API standards and requirements.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Experience with safety protocols and compliance in an industrial setting is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with flow computer programs is a plus.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to changing organizational needs.
