Shipyard Ship Fitters - $24/hr - Houma, LA
HUTCO, INC. is seeking experienced Ship Fitters for full-time positions in Houma, Louisiana. This role involves working in a shipyard environment, performing layout, fabrication, installation, and repair of pipe systems. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of shipyard experience and strong blueprint reading skills.

- Must pass hands-on skills test
- Must pass drug test and E-Verify
- Ability to comprehend blueprints, sketches, and templates
- Knowledge of equipment, work processes, and safety practices
- Ability to enter and work in confined spaces
- Ability to lift and transport loads up to 50 pounds (occasionally 75 pounds)
- Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
- Personal Protective Equipment:
Hard Hat, Steel Toe Safety Boots, Safety Glasses, Gloves
