Registered Nurse; RN Supervisor - Operations Coordinator Clinic - Chabert Campus

• Ensure effective and safe delivery of patient care.
• Maintain effective communication and leadership while supervising, training, and developing staff.

• Coordinate clinical operations.
• Maintain required clinical knowledge and credentials of nursing staff.
• Adapt behavior to specific patient populations, ensuring privacy and appropriate communication.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Education

• Required:
  
  Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Work Experience

• Required:
  
  5 years of related experience, including 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.

Certifications

• Required:
  
  Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice and CPR certification.
• Preferred:
  Certification in clinical area, ACLS, PALS.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.

Medium work: occasional lifting of 20‑50 lbs., frequent lifting of 10‑25 lbs., or constant exertion of up to 10 lbs. Exposure to blood, body fluids, and infectious materials. Risks for hazardous medication exposure in routine duties.
