Your job is more than a job. He RN Staff Nurse assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care based on the standards of care and the policies of LCMC Health. The RN delegates to professional and non‑professional personnel involved in the delivery of care.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with LCMC Health standards and policies.
• Delegate nursing tasks to professional and non‑professional staff.

• Valid license or temporary permit to practice professional nursing in Louisiana.
• American Heart Association basic life support for health care providers (BLS‑HCP).
