Essential Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate patient care, updating care plans as needed.
- Complete documentation timely, including Oasis and order submissions.
- Supervise and teach clinical personnel when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current Louisiana RN license required.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an RN or LPN.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Compassionate with strong time management skills.
- Reliable transportation for patient visits.
