Retail Store Manager

We are currently looking for the right Retail Store Manager to join our team!

US $14.70 to US $22.40 per hour. In addition to the hourly rate, Retail Store Managers can earn a lucrative monthly bonus that contributes to a major portion of total yearly income.

We are seeking a Store Manager with 2+ years of management and customer service experience (retail/sales is a PLUS). The Store Manager will be accountable for the day‑to‑day operations of the store, promote a positive and productive environment, lead, coach, and develop store employees, recruit and retain top talent, maximize financial goals, and manage customer relations and satisfaction. The Store Manager will set a customer‑centric tone, analyze financial statements, and adjust strategies to meet objectives.

• Facilitate a customer‑centric environment by engaging customers in a friendly and professional manner and rapidly addressing customer issues.
• Monitor and assist in the training of Pawnbrokers to meet First Cash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company‑prescribed channels.
• Open and close the store, including counting cash drawers and merchandise, ensuring all procedures are followed to protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection through inventory control, property safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
• Administer processes and procedures within the store, including inventory, loan management, merchandising, store presentation, store systems, and enterprise‑level reporting.
• Evaluate the store’s financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal‑setting.
• Ensure operating standards meet or exceed First Cash standards.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to ensure the value and integrity of all loans issued.
• Complete assigned tasks and training for self‑development as requested.
• Communicate clearly with employees to ensure they understand the store’s mission and profit objectives.
• Remain up‑to‑date on product knowledge.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
