Position Summary
$14.70 to $22.40 per hour. In addition to the hourly rate, Retail Store Managers can earn a very lucrative monthly bonus, contributing to a major portion of a Retail Store Manager's total yearly income.
We are seeking a Store Manager with more than 2 years of management and customer service experience (retail/sales is a plus). A Store Manager will be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the store and promoting a positive, productive environment. The manager will lead, coach, and develop store employees, recruit and retain top talent, maximize financial goals, and manage customer relations and satisfaction.
Leading by example and promoting our company values, the Store Manager sets the tone for a customer‑centric environment. The role requires analysis of the store's financial statements to ensure goals are met and adjusted as necessary.
This position reports to the area’s District Manager. The successful Store Manager's pay will be based on factors such as location, qualifications, and experience.

- Facilitate a customer‑centric environment by engaging customers and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and assist in training staff to meet First Cash standards.
- Recruit top talent through company‑prescribed channels.
- Open and close the store, count cash drawers and merchandise, and ensure procedures are followed.
- Ensure asset protection through inventory control, safety procedures, documentation, and securing customer loans.
- Administer store processes: inventory, loan management, merchandising, presentation, systems, and reporting.
- Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability through communication and goal‑setting.
- Ensure operating standards meet or exceed First Cash standards.
- Monitor loan qualification and buying processes to guarantee value and integrity of loans.
- Complete assigned training tasks.
- Communicate clearly with employees about mission and profit objectives.
- Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Willing to perform duties requiring extended periods of standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise others.
- Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Must be willing to work flexible retail schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Store Managers will work 45+ hours per week; hours are based on business needs and are not guaranteed.
- Computer literate; able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
- Strong multitasking, organization, analytical, and cash handling skills.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic and business sense.
- Possession of a bilingual ability is encouraged.
The employee commission incentive plan is proprietary. Store Managers receive commission based on store gross profit. Detailed instructions will be provided during the interview process.
