Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, tenant requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.;
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
