Qualifications
Qualified individual should have 2 years of general construction experience in addition to having HVAC and electrical craft experience
Individual must have knowledge of maintenance supplies, equipment, materials and methods in addition to ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools/equipment in performing tasks
Also, must have a valid drivers license with the ability to drive company vehicles
