Compass Minerals Louisiana, Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder/Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs at the plant. Welding will be the primary responsibility, with mechanical tasks as needed to support operations.
The role requires inspecting machinery, troubleshooting with operators, and preparing work orders and PM checklists. A High School Diploma or equivalent (or apprenticeship) and 4 years in maintenance are expected; a welding test will be administered.
