Sun Ridge Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Multifamily to maintain and repair residential units and common areas at our properties. This role supports make-ready work, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance while ensuring timely service requests are completed.
The ideal candidate has HVAC knowledge, basic plumbing and electrical skills, and the ability to work independently in a team. On-site, full-time with on-call rotations and weekend coverage as needed.
