Gulf Island in Houma, LA seeks a Structural Fitter to fabricate iron and steel structures per contract specs, QA requirements and ISO/QC standards. You will measure, cut, fit and install braces, beams, plates and pipe according to blueprints and schedules.
Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, performing calculations, using torches and equipment, and following safety procedures with minimal supervision.
