Position Overview
:
The Crane & Rigging Leaderman is responsible for directing and overseeing their workforce. This leadership role demands a focus on quality, production, safety, and environmental standards throughout the shipbuilding process.
- At least (7) years of proven experience in mobile crane operation, rigging, load chart calculations and planning critical lifts within an industrial environment.
- Mobile crane certification with experience in operating lattice boom and crawler cranes in addition to cherry pickers and forklifts.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and work well with others.
- Must have a strong focus on quality, production, safety and environmental aspects of work being performed.
- Must have basic computer skills.
