** Summary/Objective
** This position is responsible for completing tasks and activities associated with mechanical HVAC/R systems of various types as assigned by Installer I/Foreman and/or Field Manager.
** Essential Functions
*** Works collaboratively with all members of installation crew
* Ability to learn the full scope of the job and is able to execute with or without supervision
* Responsible for maintaining an organized, clean, and safe jobsite in conjunction with both company and client policies
* Ability to communicate professionally and knowledgably with Field Manager, Project Manager, and customers on most aspects of the Project assigned
* Ability to learn to analyze system/field drawings for a Projects assigned
* Performs most aspects of installation including but not limited to installation of piping, ductwork, walk-in coolers, range hoods, assists in commissioning, measuring ductwork, and other tasks from Installer III/Apprentice job description
* Ability to complete all required paperwork associated with job in an accurate and timely manner including but not limited to timesheets, service orders, delivery tickets, construction reports
* Ability to learn and assist with electrical terminations on the assigned Project
* Ability to assist and train Installer III/Apprentice
* Ability to listen and complete tasks assigned by Installer I/Foreman
* Ability to operate large equipment when necessary (example forklift)
* Ability to own and operate all tools necessary to perform job duties
* Ability to travel to any jobsite, and have a valid Driver’s License and driving record which meets company insurance  requirements

* Assist in evacuating systems (general setup of vacuum pump and gauges)

* Operate basic HVAC/R hand a power tools (power drill, gauges, vacuum analyzer, metal working tools, torch set, etc.)

** This position operates in the shop at LeBlanc & Associates and on the job site.  It is subject to environmental changes of heat and cold.  It is necessary to work in confined spaces, around welding and smoke, and in environments where increased safety measures are necessary.
