• Minimum one year of HVAC maintenance experience is preferred
• EPA Universal is required
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong understanding of HVAC system operation and preventive maintenance
• Ability to identify basic mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related issues
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in attics and confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift 50+ lbs.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance mostly on residential HVAC systems
• Complete seasonal inspections, tune-ups, and equipment checks
• Identify potential issues before they become major repairs
• Inspect controls, electrical components, refrigerant-related systems, and overall equipment performance
• Maintain safe, clean, and high-quality work practices
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Document maintenance findings and recommendations using a company-provided tablet
