Reliant Recycling is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Truck Driver with Roll-off experience to join our team. This position requires specialized knowledge and skills in operating roll-off trucks for waste management and disposal purposes.

• Operate and drive a truck to transport and deliver containers to designated locations.
• Safely load and unload roll-off containers using hydraulic systems and secure them properly for transport.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the truck and container, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including proper handling of hazardous or sensitive materials.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to coordinate schedules and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including waste disposal regulations and environmental compliance.

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating roll-off trucks.
• Proven experience in driving, including knowledge of hydraulic systems and container securement.
• Clean driving record with a focus on safety and adherence to traffic regulations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and maneuvering heavy containers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of waste management and disposal regulations is a plus.

• Previous experience in waste management or related industries.
• Familiarity with local routes and locations for waste disposal sites.
• Mechanical knowledge for basic maintenance and troubleshooting of roll-off trucks.
