Our production unit offers luxury airline catering with a focus on quality, service, and a sophisticated experience for discerning passengers. This role involves providing high-level hospitality in the lounge environment, beer, coffee and beverage preparation, and bar operations.

• Meet and greet lounge customers and offer the highest level of hospitality during their visit to the lounge
• Opening and closing the bar for each shift
• Prepare coffees, beverages, cocktails, and mixed drinks
• Maintain coffee machines
• Know the food products offered in the Lounge
• Maintain bar stock control documentation
• Clean the bar area including floor, counters, and cupboards

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great team player
• Attention to detail and ability to work quickly under pressure
• Self-motivated attitude
• Confident when working in a team
• Effective communication in English
• Flexibility to work 7 days a week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Right to work in the UK

• £13.50 per hour
