Job

• Work with the general manager to run the pub, hire, train and develop the team, plan events and take charge of everything when the general manager s away.
• Demonstrate the ability to manage in a busy pub environment and apply learnings from prior assistant manager experience.

• You ve already worked as an assistant manager in a busy pub for at least a year.
• We re keen to know what you ve learnt and how you work with others—your approach to team leadership and staying calm when plans change.
