Receptionist; MFX

As our Receptionist youll be the first smile our guests see and the last goodbye they remember. You will:

• Welcome guests warmly handle check-in/out and manage guest accounts with accuracy.
• Respond to calls messages and requests with professionalism and care.
• Keep guest information and hotel procedures secure and confidential.
• Support other hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Take every opportunity to upsell services and showcase our facilities.

Well provide full training on our systems and procedures plus a one-night stay so you can experience the hotel from a guests perspective.

Qualifications :

We believe attitude and personality are everything we can teach skills but not passion. To thrive with us youll need:

• A genuine willingness to learn and an eagerness to contribute.
• Previous hotel experience (essential).
• Experience with Opera PMS or Opera Cloud (essential).
• A friendly professional approach and fluency in English (other languages a plus).
