About the Role

We are seeking experienced Carpenters for Kitchen and Bathroom renewal projects within the social housing sector across North West London
.

This role is ideal for self‑employed carpenters looking for steady, long‑term work on a well‑organised programme in occupied properties.

• Kitchen fitting and Bathroom carpentry works
• Installing Kitchen units (approx. 6–12 units per day
  )
• Fitting worktops and work surfaces
• Upgrading door hinges and handles
• Installing architraves and skirting
• Installing bath frames and bath panels
• Installing plywood and wooden boxing
• Building stud walls
• Working alongside other trades to meet programme targets

• Price work with the potential to earn good money
• PPE provided
• Referral scheme – £2,000 per recommendation (T&Cs apply)

• CSCS card
• Experience in domestic/social housing
• Basic H&S certifications (especially asbestos awareness)

In addition to the above qualifications, we are looking for:

• Right to work in the UK
• Own tools (110v or battery-operated)
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred)
• Good conversational English
• Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
