Shift Electrician

Shift Electrician Critical Data centre Environment West London 60,600 + 2K bonus + 3K HVAP allowance + Employment Package Shifts - 12 hours, days & nights.

We are currently recruiting for qualified Electricians to join a busy maintenance team, carrying out planned maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance duties across a critical data centre environment based in Hounslow, West London (close to Heathrow Airport).

As the Shift Electrician, you will be working as part of a team, maintaining all Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC infrastructure, maintaining critical systems such as UPS (Uninterpretable power supply), high voltage (HV) switching, CRAC / CRAH units (computer room air conditioning / air handling).

• Salary: 60,645
• Additional Earnings: 2,000 bonus, 3,000 HV Allowance + paid overtime
• Hours:
  
  Continental 12 hour shifts, days and nights: 6 on, 4 off, 4 on, 6 off, 4 on, 4 off.

Requirements:

• Must be a qualified Electrician to NVQ Level 3 / City and Guilds Level 3 standard.
• Experience with in a maintenance based role is highly preferable but not essential.
• Experience working within critical environments or with critical systems is highly preferable but not essential. (Ie: HV switching, HV shutdowns, UPS, CRAC / CRAH units etc).
