Hours: Monday to Friday, 42hours per week

About the Role

Build Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join our client’s maintenance team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in occupied domestic properties, carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and associated general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Complete a variety of carpentry repairs in domestic and social housing settings
Carry out secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling)
Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents
Deliver outstanding customer service during all visits

Requirements

2 - 3 years experience in Carpentry
Proven experience working in social housing, council, or domestic repairs
Strong customer service and communication skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to carry out secondary trades (desirable)
