Location:
West London – Hounslow and surrounding areas. Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 basic salary + company van, fuel card & benefits.
Contract:
Temp to perm. Overtime:
Available and optional.
You will be responsible for attending reactive repairs within tenanted properties, delivering high‑quality work while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Carrying out reactive maintenance and repair works in occupied homes
- Completing jobs efficiently and to a high standard
- Communicating professionally with tenants and clients
- Accurately reporting works completed
- Carpentry bias, as well as competent in basic repairs across other trades such as plumbing, tiling, painting & decorating, patch plastering
- Previous social housing maintenance experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Competitive basic salary
