Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 per year

We're looking for an experienced Domestic Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer to join a well-established company delivering heating, maintenance, and renewable energy services to social housing properties across Cornwall.

As a Domestic Gas Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing domestic gas boilers and heating systems.

• Diagnosing and repairing breakdowns in occupied social housing properties.

• Completing work safely and in line with Gas Safe regulations.

• Ordering parts and managing jobs through to completion.

• Using a PDA to update job progress and record completed work.

• Providing excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.

• Taking part in the out-of-hours call-out rota.

• Current Gas Safe Registration

• ACS
  
  Qualifications:

  • CCN1

  • CPA1

  • CENWAT

  • CKR1

  • HTR1

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)

• City & Guilds Energy Efficiency qualification

• Previous experience in domestic gas servicing and breakdowns

• Social housing experience preferred

• Full UK Driving Licence

• DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one)

• £40,000 - £42,000 annual salary
