Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience teaching at the high school level (and currently teaching in a high school).
- Understand project-based learning, inquiry-based instruction, and other student-centered pedagogies.
- Are deeply familiar with national academic standards.
- Think creatively about how immersive experiences can be integrated into classroom instruction.
- Can provide thoughtful feedback on interdisciplinary learning opportunities and authentic classroom implementation.
- Enjoy collaborating with curriculum developers and creative teams to shape educational products
- Approximately 10 hours/semester
- 3-4 virtual advisory meetings per semester
- Asynchronous reviews of learning experiences, product concepts, and curricular materials between meetings
- Compensation: $500/semester
Your expertise will directly influence the design of immersive learning experiences that help teachers engage students in meaningful, standards-aligned learning across a variety of subject areas.
