Job Title:
Senior Accountant

This role plays a key part in compliance, audit support, and providing reliable financial information to support business decisions. The Senior Accountant will support accurate financial reporting, maintain the integrity of financial records, and partner closely with operations and accounting leadership.

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain the general ledger, prepare and post journal entries, and perform complex monthly and year-end account reconciliations
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, schedules, and work papers
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Assist senior leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support tax-related activities in coordination with the Assistant Controller, including federal, state, and local filings
• Identify and assist with process improvements to strengthen internal controls and streamline accounting operations
• Collaborate with operations and other accounting team members to resolve issues and improve reporting accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA strongly preferred; CMA or other relevant certifications a plus
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles
