Accounts Payable Setting up vendors in quickbooks. Matching invoices with proof of deliveries. Coding invoices for input into quickbooks. Cutting checks and mailing. Vendor calls. Filing. Research of statements, invoices without proof of delivery, past due notices, etc..

Familiar with Chart of Accounts For coding of invoices.

Accounts Receivable Setting up customers in quickbooks. Writing up orders, matching sales tickets with bill of ladings, entering tickets into quickbooks, sending invoices to customers via email, mail, or thru various portals. Filing. Handling customer calls regarding inquiries such as needing copies of invoices or discussing payment. Posting of cash receipts into quickbooks.

This person will handle payables and receivables for two companies. They would also handle the collections for these two companies. Would type up quotes to customers, update various price lists, maintain parts inventory books, and do special projects as needed.

The hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No overtime. One hour lunch.
