TBG | The Bachrach Group is partnered with a leading global chemical manufacturing company on their search for an
ACCOUNTING MANAGER
. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of progressive accounting experience within energy, infrastructure, oilfield services or manufacturing industry. Bilingual in English and Spanish IS REQUIRED along with a bachelor's degree in accounting / finance as well as over 3 years of experience in a leadership role.

Position Summary:

This role will lead the accounting functions for a newly created business segment while partnering with senior leadership on all accounting-related projects, process improvement strategies, and implementations to ensure accurate financial reporting as well as compliance. Job Duties and Requirements:

• Own and execute all accounting operations for a new business segment and joint venture.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; prepare journal entries and financials.
• Ensure cost allocations are in compliance with joint venture agreements.
• Implement internal controls and reporting standards as the managing partner of the JV.
• Generate accurate financial statements and recurring variance analysis reports.
• Prepare and send partner invoicing; respond to audit and information requests.
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors.
• Drive process improvements across accounting functions and support broader departmental goals.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• B.B.A. in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• An active status CPA license is highly preferred.
• At least 6+ years of accounting experience; prior work experience in public accounting or JV accounting.
• Understanding of VIE accounting and joint venture agreements.
• Advanced Excel skills;
  PowerPoint, Word proficiency; SAP experience is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident decision-maker with a collaborative and ownership-driven approach.

Salary range: $105,000 - $120,000 DOE + bonus
