Position Overview:

We’re seeking a Mid‑Level Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our professional and family‑oriented team. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of experience, enjoys a mix of hands‑on accounting and client interaction, and thrives in a small‑business environment where every contribution matters.

• Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065)
• Manage bookkeeping and general ledger oversight for assigned clients
• Conduct financial analysis, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy in reporting
• Provide tax planning, compliance, and small‑business advisory support
• Review and mentor junior staff or interns as needed
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical accounting standards

• Active CPA license (required)
• 3–7 years of professional accounting/tax experience
• Proficiency with Quick Books, Cross Link, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS compliance
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
