Law Firm Bookkeeper

A well-established, law firm is seeking a degreed Accounting professional to oversee day-to-day bookkeeping operations and serve as a trusted financial partner to leadership.

Law firm experience is strongly preferred.

• Oversee all standard bookkeeping functions
• Manage bill pay and credit card reconciliations
• Process wires and deposit checks
• Prepare and issue 1099s annually
• Partner with external accounting firm to assist with tax preparation and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure strong internal organization
• Provide dependable financial support to leadership

• Prior law firm accounting experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• Experience working alongside outside CPA firms would be great
• High level of ownership and accountability
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
