Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk, Accounting Assistant
Ledgent Finance & Accounting is currently seeking a Bookkeeper with strong Quick Books Desktop experience. This position is in Southwest Houston/Stafford area. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $25/hr they are looking to interview and have someone start ASAP.
Responsibilities- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliation
- General ledger and journal entries
- Financial data entry
- Other general accounting and administrative functions
This role requires at least 3 years of recent full cycle bookkeeping experience. Also, 2+ years of recent Quick Books Desktop experience is an absolute requirement. If you are not very proficient in Quick Books, you would not be a good fit for this role. There will be no training on Quick Books so you need to be proficient in the software.
