- Job Title:
Staff Accountant - Location:
League City, TX - Pay: $55K - $65K/yr.
- Hours:
8am-5pm M-F - Duration:
Temp-to-Hire
Description of Duties:
- A/P
- A/R
- Collections
- Billing
- Account reconciliations
- Maintain ACH vendor log/passwords
- Payroll
- Journal Entry
- Create / Close PO’s
- Answer phones as needed
- Manage PTO calendar
- other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ Accounting experience
- Proficient skills in Quick Books, Word, and Excel
- Ability to accurately work under pressure and maintain tight deadlines
- High School Diploma or GED
