We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our growing logistics and product development/manufacturing businesses. This role will manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, client invoicing, cash flow monitoring, and full-cycle bookkeeping. The ideal candidate is proactive, systems-oriented, and comfortable working in a multi-entity environment with operational complexity. This position may replace our outsourced bookkeeping function and will serve as the internal owner of financial accuracy and process discipline.
Key Responsibilities- Accounts Receivable
- Generate and send client invoices via
- Monitor collections and aging reports
- Follow up on outstanding balances professionally and consistently
- Apply payments and reconcile AR accounts
- Coordinate with operations to ensure billing accuracy
- Accounts Payable
- Process vendor bills and expense entries via
- Manage payment schedules
- Maintain organized vendor records
- Ensure timely and accurate payments
- Bookkeeping & Reconciliation
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries in Quick Books Online
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Reconcile inventory-related accounts
- Maintain proper classification by entity and class
- Support clean month-end close process
- Cash Flow Monitoring
- Track weekly cash position
- Assist in short-term cash flow forecasting
- Monitor large upcoming payables and receivables
- Reporting Support
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Assist with divisional P&L reporting
- Coordinate with external CPA for tax filings
- Support audit or investor requests if needed
- 3+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong Quick Books Online and experience required
- Experience with AR/AP management
- Comfortable in multi-entity or class-based accounting structures
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Experience in inventory-based, logistics, or manufacturing preferred
- Accurate and timely invoicing
- Reduced AR aging
- Clean reconciliations each month
- Clear visibility into cash flow
- Organized financial records ready for review at any time
