Our fast-growing electronics company is looking for an exceptional individual who wants to make a difference and has a sense of urgency for our Houston, Texas office. A qualified candidate must be proficient in Quick Books Pro and have extensive accounting background. (Office located on the northwest side of Houston, zip 77095)
Job Description:- Accounts Payable
- Audit Input of Vendor bills and payments. - Accounts Receivable
- Audit invoices, payments from customers, keep track of Accounts Receivables. - Excel
- Ability to create a spreadsheet and run reports. - Support the close by preparing Journal entries.
- Prepare Sales Commission Reports
- Balance and audit ecommerce sales
- Supervise and audit inventory check
- Prepare Quarterly Sales Return
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Analyze and correct accounting entries.
- Supervise account clerks.
- Proficient in Quick Books Pro
- Proficient in Excel
- Have a BA in Accounting.
- Have at least 5 years related experience
- Have exceptional excel skills
- Have superior attention to detail
- Have elevated analytical skills and be curiosity driven
