Staff Accountant

Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff and Junior Accountants to join our growing finance team.
• This role is responsible for supporting key accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and the month-end close process.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), an analytical mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• In this role, you will handle tasks such as preparing account reconciliations, supporting internal and external audits, and helping produce financial reports.

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Manage and maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist with financial reporting and ad hoc analyses.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., Quick Books, Net Suite, SAP).
• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• CPA or CPA track is a plus.
