Senior Staff Accountant

Partners is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our corporate accounting team. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role owns key accounting functions across accounts receivable, cash management, month-end close, and audit support — with high visibility into the financial operations of a growing, diversified commercial real estate firm.

• Lead accounts receivable collection and monitoring, including invoice generation and resolution of past-due balances
• Assist with cash management, bank reconciliations, and ACH payment processing
• Monitor and reconcile credit card transactions
• Support balance sheet reconciliations and month-end financial close
• Review and assist with accounts payable as needed, including vendor recordkeeping, invoice posting, and payment processing
• Prepare and gather documentation for external auditors
• Maintain accurate accounting records and safeguard sensitive financial information

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of accounting experience required
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• High integrity, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative, approachable style
