Partners is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our corporate accounting team. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, this role owns key accounting functions across accounts receivable, cash management, month-end close, and audit support — with high visibility into the financial operations of a growing, diversified commercial real estate firm.
The ideal candidate is self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift. If you bring strong accounting fundamentals, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work cross-functionally without much hand-holding, this role is built for you.

WhatYou'll Do
- Lead accounts receivable collection and monitoring, including invoice generation and resolution of past-due balances
- Assist with cash management, bank reconciliations, and ACH payment processing
- Monitor and reconcile credit card transactions
- Support balance sheet reconciliations and month-end financial close
- Review and assist with accounts payable as needed, including vendor recordkeeping, invoice posting, and payment processing
- Prepare and gather documentation for external auditors
- Maintain accurate accounting records and safeguard sensitive financial information
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of accounting experience required
- Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- High integrity, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative, approachable style
