SEC Reporting Manager

• Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10‑Q and 10‑K), including footnotes, tie‑outs, disclosure checklists, and supporting documentation.
• Review earnings releases and related external financial disclosures.
• Research accounting guidance and prepare technical accounting memos, including share‑based compensation.
• Review and support XBRL tagging and the SEC filing process.
• Assist in the month‑end close process, including equity‑related entries.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit requests.
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• CPA certification required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting.
• Strong experience with SEC reporting and technical accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $110,000 to $130,000 plus annual bonus. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
