INSPYR Solutions has partnered with an industrial services company in Southeast Houston and is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. This position will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare detailed account reconciliations
- Maintain cash management system, posting of cash collections, reconciling cash accounts, monitoring outstanding checks
- Monitor capital project approvals and expenditures
- Create monthly financial statements
- Assist with annual insurance renewals
- Prepare journal entries
- Responsible for ordering and tracking company credits cards
- Assist with process improvements to include documentation & implementation
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years accounting experience, be proficient in Epicor or any large ERP system along with Advanced Excel functions.
