Overview
Ledgent Finance & Accounting has a great opportunity for a Direct Hire SR Property Accountant in Houston. This position is located in the Bellaire area of Houston - 100%. Candidates must have 5+ years property accounting experience including strong General Ledger and financial reporting experience. Must have a bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
Responsibilities- General Ledger
- Cash management
- Journal entries
- Financial statement preparation and analysis
- Bank recs
- AP
- Assist with Audit
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years experience (Retail Commercial real estate management experience preferred)
- Strong Excel
Salary - $75-100K depending on experience
