They are looking for a Senior Property Accountant who can confidently own full-cycle accounting for assigned properties and operate independently within a structured, process-driven environment.
What You’ll Own:- Full month-end close
- CAM reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations, accruals, wires
- Balance sheet review and variance analysis
- Cash forecasting and lender draws
- Financial reporting accuracy and accountability
- Strong, experienced accounting team in place
- Clear processes and defined expectations
- Growth opportunity within a disciplined real estate platform
- Primarily onsite culture with flexibility earned through performance
- 3–7+ years of property accounting experience
- Strong GAAP and balance sheet fundamentals
- Someone who takes ownership, not someone who escalates the close
