Duties:

• Responsible for full cycle general ledger accounting to include preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain account sub-ledgers
• Assist in internal/external financial reporting and audits
• Ensure compliance with GAAP by researching accounting positions and researching and correcting account discrepancies
• Answer inquiries from and collaborate with finance, operations, contracts, and engineering

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required with accounting internship experience
• CPA eligible and actively pushing through the process
• 2 years of full cycle general ledger accounting and 1 year of public accounting experience preferred; upstream or midstream experience highly preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  Power BI and Alteryx a PLUS
• Must be open to evolve and pivot; eager, driven, and collaborative
• Organized with strong planning and time management skills; fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing and growing environment; proactive, problem-solver, and analytical
• Strong communication skills, detailed and accurate, and consistently produce strong work
