We're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Staff Accountant ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact across day-to-day accounting and the month-end close process. If you love digging into data, streamlining processes, and ensuring financial accuracy-this role is built for you.

What You'll Own

Close the Books with Confidence

+ Orchestrate key pieces of the month-end close-journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules

+ Help ensure a smooth, timely, and accurate close every cycle

Reconciliations & Deep-Dive Analysis

+ Reconcile bank, balance sheet, and P& L accounts with precision

+ Investigate variances, uncover root causes, and drive resolution

+ Perform detailed account analysis to keep financials clean and compliant

⚙️ Operational Accounting Excellence

+ Support AP/AR workflows, cash transactions, and expense validation

+ Keep the day-to-day accounting engine running efficiently

ERP Power User

+ Work within ERP systems to maintain accurate financial data

+ Ensure integrity, consistency, and reliability across accounting records

Reporting & Audit Support

+ Contribute to financial reporting deliverables

+ Step in during audits to provide clean support and documentation

Cross-Functional Impact

+ Partner with operations, finance, and leadership to support business decisions

+ Be a go-to resource for financial clarity across teams

Process Improvement Champion

+ Identify inefficiencies and recommend smarter, faster ways to operate

+ Help elevate accounting workflows with continuous improvement ideas

Requirements

✅ What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

2+ years of hands-on accounting experience

Strong grasp of general ledger mechanics and close cycles

Proven experience with reconciliations and analytical review

️ Familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, Dynamics, etc.)

Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas-bonus points for advanced capabilities)

⭐ Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have)

+ Experience in complex or multi-entity environments

+ Exposure to audits, internal controls, or SOX frameworks

+ Involvement in ERP upgrades, implementations, or system improvements
