Senior Audit Associate Our client, Desroches Partners
Our client, Desroches Partners, is seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join their assurance practice. This is an opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility in a firm that invests in its people and offers a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Why Desroches Partners?The firm offers a hybrid schedule with 2 days remote and 3 days on-site, with flexible scheduling. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, with potential sign‑on bonuses available and a discretionary semi‑annual bonus program.
What You Will DoYou will lead audit engagements using a risk‑based approach, manage field‑work execution, coach associate‑level team members, and work directly with clients across a diverse portfolio.
What We Are Looking For- 4‑5 years of public accounting audit experience.
- CPA license or active CPA candidacy.
- Demonstrated experience with financial statement preparation.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and GAAS.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Experience supervising team members.
