Compensation

$140,000 - $160,000 annually, depending on experience

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Technical Accountant to join their team!

This role offers an opportunity to influence business strategy, partner with senior leaders, and shape accounting policy. The position is open due to a transition from a long-term contractor to a full-time employee, providing a chance to make a lasting impact.

• Lead technical accounting for complex transactions under U.S. GAAP
• Prepare technical memos and position papers
• Act as liaison with external auditors
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Improve accounting policies, processes, and controls
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Tax, Legal, and FP&A

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Big 4 or national public accounting background
• Strong experience in U.S. GAAP research

• Experience in the oil and gas industry
• Familiarity with ERP integrations
• Experience with Oracle FCCS, Wdesk, and Microsoft Copilot
