Accounting Operations Supervisor (Food Manufacturing only) – Houston, TX | $65,000 - $75,000 | Monday–Friday

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys managing AP/AR processes, improving workflows, and working closely with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations
• Process vendor invoices, customer payments, ACH/wire transactions, and reconciliations
• Monitor aging reports and assist with collections follow-up
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentation for accuracy
• Support month-end close activities and financial reporting
• Coordinate payment schedules and maintain strong vendor/customer relationships
• Supervise and support administrative/accounting staff with daily workflow
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams

• 2+ years of AP/AR, accounting operations, or bookkeeping experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP experience is a plus)
• Strong understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, collections, and payment processing
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, or food industry experience
• Experience with vendor management and customer account reconciliation
• Exposure to month-end close and financial reporting support
• Experience improving accounting workflows or operational processes
