Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable & AR/Office Admin located in Houston, TX. The role involves managing accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, preparing and reviewing expense reports, overseeing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Office Admin will also perform day‑to‑day administrative tasks to support the office's efficient operations and assist with maintaining financial organization and compliance.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in handling Expense Reports and creating accurate Journal Entries (Accounting)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing invoices, payments, and financial data
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various departments
  • Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
