Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable (AP) position supports the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems by processing payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely manner. We are looking to add an experienced automotive Accounts Payable person to our growing accounting office that serves multiple locations.

• Process and reconcile manufacturers statements.
• Other miscellaneous duties are assigned during the month or for closeout.
• Research and resolve discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Organization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependability.
• Interacts with vendors to verify billings.
• Responsible for ensuring all billings are accurate and paid in time.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Dealership experience is a must!
• Must understand debits/credits and possess basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to be organized, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• A go-getter that will take charge and be able to manage their workload with a positive attitude.
• Must work well with others and have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Auto Dealership Accounting skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Organization, attention to detail, productivity, and dependability.
