Senior Accountant

Position Summary
This position will be responsible for the monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, participate in the month-end close process, responsible for local Payroll administration, Intercompany accounting, and miscellaneous other accounting duties and projects as requested.

• Timely complete the month-end, and quarter-end close for the corporate organization, including account reconciliations.
• Timely complete accounting and internal controls related to lease and debt accounting.
• Support intercompany accounting processes in alignment with corporate-level policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support month-end reporting processes.
• Conduct analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies within the corporate accounting function.
• Assist in responding/fulfilling external and internal audit requests.
• Participate in special projects, and ad-hoc requests as requested.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education
:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting

Experience
:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience (industry or public accounting);
• Working experience with ASC 842 (preferred)
• Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics, and One Stream (preferred)

Work environment varies from office to job site to industrial locations
