• Process invoices from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and timely entry
• Code invoices and enter data into the accounting system
• Assist with purchase order creation and support the payment cycle
• Maintain organized and accurate records through filing and documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and increase efficiency
• Provide administrative support to HR, including onboarding and offboarding tasks

• High school diploma required;
  Associate’s degree preferred
• Prior experience in accounts payable or a related administrative/accounting role is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
