We are hiring an Insurance Verification Clerk to verify patient insurance coverage, enter accurate information, ensure procedures are authorized, support billing, coding, and follow‑up, and manage the full accounts payable process.

• Verify patient insurance coverage and ensure complete and correct data entry.
• Coordinate with patients, providers, and insurers regarding coverage and authorization.
• Support billing and coding operations as required.
• Manage the full accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.
• Maintain detailed records and maintain accuracy in all documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.
• Willingness to learn and perform basic Accounts Payable functions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with EMR and patient access software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Reliability and a history of longevity in past roles.
